Application Method
To apply Aquatic Dam Stop Leak® Professional simply spread the polymers over the water’s surface by hand or with our Aquatic Hand Held Spreader. Either use on a targeted area or treat the whole dam’s water surface area.

Application Rate
Apply Aquatic Dam Stop Leak® Professional at a rate of 60g per square metre of water surface area. For best results, apply Aquatic Dam Stop Leak® Professional when the water temperature is above 5 degrees celsius. The dam should be free of excessive aquatic vegetation or algae and applied when wind conditions are minimal. It is best applied directly to the water, when there is water present over the leaking area. Best results are achieved when applied to earth and clay based dams that have previously held water in the past.

This product is designed to assist in the repair of leaking dams and is not a substitute for major constructional flaws or situations where a liner is required in dams that have never held water. While it may assist with slowing leaks in concrete, tin or lined tanks and dams when the leak is in the base, it is not specifically designed for that purpose.
